This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Very nice hotel and wonderful area. Surely will advise SHG Hotel Catullo Verona Est!

Stayed for two days with my husband. Beds ended up cozy and the room was always pretty clean. The staff were extremely handy and welcoming and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are large and also the closet. The bathroom have been clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.
